Power Assisted Exercise Machines

Our SHAPEMASTER range of equipment is designed to provide a circuit that will exercise and stretch all the major muscle groups in the body and help re-train muscle patterns. The machines incorporate Pilates techniques which stimulate the muscles and improve circulation, whilst the soothing motion promotes relaxation.

The Fly Machine

The Fly machine helps improve mobility in the shoulder joints. The outward action of the arms provides a stretch to the front of the shoulder which will reduce stooping of the posture and maintain the ability to reach away from the body.

Waist Away

The Waist Away machine is a great exercise targeting the oblique muscles, creating a narrow waistline whilst firming and flattening the abdomen. This unique exercise combination increases blood circulation and trunk flexibility while eliminating those “love handle” bulges.

Thigh Blaster

The Thigh Blaster machine helps improve the mobility of the hips. The outward movement of the thighs encourages activation of the abductor muscles around the hip joint, important for balance and walking.

Upper Body Toner

Hipster
